Ingredients (Serves 2)
- Fettuccine pasta – 1/2 lb
- Olive oil – 3 tbsp
- Broccoli – 10 florets
- Pumpkin – 10 diced cubes

- Garlic cloves – 2 (finely chopped)
- Shallots – 2 (thinly sliced)

Directions
Cook the fettuccine pasta according to the directions on the label. In a thick bottomed pan, heat the olive oil and sauté the chopped garlic and shallots.
