Work on keeping your diet as healthy as possible. Green leafy vegetables do not cause diarrhea but must be avoided only when you are suffering from it. Keep your self-hygienic “ wash hands properly before consuming food. Make sure you eat the right food and avoid having food from the street as there are high chances you will get digestive problems after consuming food from the street.
