Easy to make breakfast recipes
Breakfast is regarded as the most important meal of the day. Recipes range from a variety of bagels to fresh fruit, cold cereal, oatmeal, pancakes, bacon, scrambled eggs, donuts and even leftover pizza among the top foods consumed daily. Most recipes are quick and easy to make requiring minimum efforts. Egg is the all-time favorite, be it scrambled, fried, boiled or just your hale hearty omelette.
Here is a list of egg breakfast recipes which can be made in a matter of minutes.
Scrambled eggs: Perhaps the easiest to make, a couple of jumbo eggs whipped nicely with little milk, salt and pepper to taste finally sautéed and tossed in butter. At the most you will be investing about five minutes to make this simple recipe, to be served with toast.
Eggs in a mug: Tired of scrambling eggs in a pan, try a cup. With cheese added to the classic recipe, just whip all the ingredients in a cup and put in the microwave for about 40 seconds and stir once to form the scramble and then leave it for over half a minute. No messy pans and bowls to clean after enjoying a hearty breakfast, easy to make in a couple of minutes.
French toast: There cannot be a better way of combining bread, milk and eggs than your basic French toast. Whip up a couple of eggs, with milk and seasoning in a bowl and soak bread slices in it on each side. You can add a variety of herbs and spices to jazz up the classic recipe. Place the slices in the pan and cook evenly on both sides to get that light golden brown color, to be served hot.
Creamy goodness in a bowl: The blissful combination of eggs, sausage and cheddar cheese microwaved in a bowl will certainly put you in high gear for the rest of the day. Chopped sausage in whipped egg with milk to be heated and then topped with cheese trimmings to form that layer of fatty goodness.
Bagel goodness: Hard boiled eggs, with bacon at the center of a bagel covered shredded cheese to make the perfect bagel bacon egg and cheese sandwich. Combine three of the top breakfast foods consumed daily. Heated in the microwave and served hot with maple syrup on top, glazing the beautiful bun.
