1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour

2 tablespoons butter
1 ½ cups white sugar
2 eggs
¾ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup milk
Method
Preheat at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Set the cupcake pan with liners. Sieve the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa and salt.
Beat the butter and sugar till it’s fluffy. Stir continuously and add the eggs and vanilla extract. Add milk and alternate by adding the flour.
