To begin, stand with your feet, three feet apart and toes pointed outwards. Bend your legs as much as possible till your thighs are parallel to the ground and raise yourself again to the starting position. This is one rep and should be repeated 15 times. Next, do another set of Plié squats while raising your right heel. Do one more set with your left heel raised.

Hip ridge
Exercise balls can be a great piece of equipment when it comes to cellulite exercises for thighs.Lie on your back with your calves on the exercise ball and knees bent at 90 degrees. If you do not have an exercise ball, fold your legs and keep your feet on the ground. Next, raise your hips to keep your chest, hips, and knees in a straight line. Swiss all hip lift and hamstring curl

Begin by standing with your feet slightly apart. Bend your body at the waist to touch your toes. While holding your toes, bend your knees till your thighs touch your calves. You may raise your heels if needed. Lift your hips as much as possible till you can comfortably hold your feet and then lower your hips to the floor again. Finish this rep by standing up straight. Repeat this exercise 15 times.

Straight-leg deadlift
Weights can be one of the very effective cellulite exercises for thighs. Stand with your feet a few inches distant with a weight in both hands and palms facing your body. Bend forward at the waist till your upper body is almost parallel to the ground without bending your knees. Get back to the start position and repeat this exercise 15 times.

Lying inner-leg lift
This type of exercise uses ankle weights to exercise the inner thighs. Lie down on your left side while resting your head on your arm. Bend your right leg and slowly place your foot in front of the left knee. You may place your right hand in front of your chest for support. Slowly lift your left leg as high as possible and hold in position for a few seconds before lowering the leg. Switch the other leg and repeat the exercise.

Along with these exercises, also pay attention to your diet and include plenty of fresh vegetables and lean proteins. Avoid saturated fats, alcohol, processed sugar and all forms of processed foods.
