Essential oils If you have a diffuser, you can add essential oils like lavender, chamomile, rosemary, pine, tea tree, thyme, or peppermint. These can make the breathing process more pleasant for you. Balanced diet You must cut down on all the unhealthy eating habits. This means no fried and oily food, and also refrain from having anything cold like ice-cream, sodas, etc. Include food ingredients like onions, broccoli, leafy vegetables, garlic, lemon, chilies, pineapple, etc.
