- Freeze And Roll
Freeze a small bottle of water. Cover the bottle with a towel and place it on your foot. Slowly roll it on your foot. Continue this for 5 minutes and then repeat with the other foot. This will give you relief from heel pain.
- Rub It Out
Use both thumbs and apply pressure along the arch, heel, and calf muscles. Keep your movements slow and even. Continue it for a minute and switch sides.
