In sales and marketing, Amazon is considered the biggest internet based retailer. It is also the biggest provider of cloud infrastructure services in the world. It produces low end things under its own brand such as USB cables; it produces Kindle e-readers, Echo, Fire tablets and other consumer electronics.
By the year 2016, Amazon had over 130 million customers per month visiting the United States per month. A user’s search results are determined partly by promotional fees on the website.
Amazon jobs are multifaceted and, initially, jobs here drew a lot of criticism because of poor working conditions. However, the company is taking steps to improve them. For instance, it is now providing six months of paid maternity and paternity leave. Employees from Amazon have gone on to start companies that are famous in their own way such as Flipkart, Quora, Findory, Wikinvest, Instacart and a host of others.
